I was going to order a part last week and today the price changed, what gives?
We do have periodic pricing updates as our costs from Volvo can change and fluctuate as suppliers and manufacturing costs change. These price changes can occur at any time and without notice. At times our site will not reflect the current pricing.
Do you charge Tax?
Tax will only be added to orders that are purchased from an Illinois address. Residents outside the state of Illinois will be tax exempt.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently we limit our shipments within the United States and use UPS as our carrier of choice.
Can I pick-up my Volvo Parts order at your store?
You are always welcome to pick-up your Volvo parts order at our store. We are located in Lisle, IL at the Route 53 and I-88.

How will my parts ship?
A vast majority of the time we will ship via UPS. On rare occassions depending on location and size we may ship using USPS.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We've modified our shipping choices to provide you with two shipping options. Standard shipping will typically be sent UPS Ground or USPS First Class. If you choose to upgrade the shipping to Express we will ship UPS 2-Day Select or USPS Priority. Other options are available by request only. In Stock orders will typically ship next business day. Due to only have a limited amount of inventory on hand we may have to place orders with Volvo USA or Volvo Sweden to procure your parts. This will add anywhere from 48 hours up to 7 days (on rare occasions). Once your parts arrive at our dealer we will have them on their way to you within one business day.
Do you combine shipping costs?
We will do our best to ship all of your items in one package. There are times when items pose a risk to damaging one another and we need to ship in separate packages. If this occurs additional shipping fees may be applied to the order.
Do the OEM Volvo Parts carry a warranty?
All parts come with a 1 year Volvo Manufacturer Warranty from date of purchase. Please contact us immediately if your part fails or if you have any additional concerns.
Can I return Volvo Parts to you if I don't use them?
We do allow returns of non-electrical parts as long as they are in new condition and in their original Volvo packaging. There is a restocking fee of 15% on any returned parts. Please use our contact form for a return authorization.
Can I return a Volvo Parts Core for a refund?
We accept core return on parts they apply to. We must receive the core within 30 days of the original shipping date, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Your card or payment method will be credited for the value of the core upon return and inspection.
All core returns must be:
  • fully assembled.
  • undamaged. Example: fire, water or collision etc..
  • in their original package.
or NO CREDIT will be issued.
